Great American Teach-In Event at Shaw Elementary

The USF CSSAI Lab joined the ‘Great American Teach-In’ event organized by the USF Office of Youth Experiences. We spent two fun hours with 62 fifth-grade students at Shaw Elementary as part of the event. We introduced the students to the 'Scratch' tool, an MIT-built coding platform for kids, used by more than 100M users from 94 countries. We created simple games together using Scratch, and everyone had great fun!
